1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

You can request a return or replacement if:

⚠️ Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags, manuals, and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Furniture damaged after delivery due to improper installation or usage.

• Items purchased under “Clearance Sale” or “Final Sale”.

• Footwear or apparel that shows signs of being worn.

3. Return Request Timeline

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/SMS.

• If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

5. Replacement Policy

• If the product is available in stock, you can opt for a free replacement instead of a refund.

• Replacements will be shipped after we receive the returned item.

6. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to damaged, defective, or wrong item – SRIMUNITY will bear the return shipping charges.

• If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, dislike, size issue, etc.) – return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

• If already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery.
